All meeting room facilities are available to companies within the Crowthorne Enterprise Centre and external companies within or outside the Abingdon area.

The Culham Innovation centre has two meeting rooms and is ideal for team meetings, interviews or training.

Culham Science Centre also has its own conference with a large lecture theatre and a further 7 purpose built meeting rooms. All rooms are fully equipped with air conditioning, wireless and port networking, LCD projector and screen, flipchart, whiteboard, TV, Video and DVD and external telephone lines. Two of the larger conference rooms, Zeta and Phoenix are also fitted with audio capabilities.

The impressive John Adams Lecture Theatre accommodates up to 234 delegates in a tiered theatre style and features advanced AV, large projection screen, lapel and roaming microphones, stage lighting and acoustics.
