SUMMARY:Flex: A Whole New World
DESCRIPTION:Date and time\n\n\n \n\nWed\, 13 Sep 2023 09:00 – 12:00 BST\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nLocation\n\n \n\nTap Social Movement \nNorth Hinksey Lane Oxford OX2 0LX \nShow map\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAbout this event\n\n\n3 hours\nMobile eTicket\n\n\n\n\nWe’re delighted to invite you to join us at the Tap Social Taproom from 9am – 12pm on 13 September 2023\, for the chance to discuss the most popular flexible working options for organisations. \nPost-pandemic\, flex is a big subject on everyone’s lips – but what if you’re unsure where to start? What if some kinds of flex have proved better than others for your team? \nWe’d love you to join us for the chance to really consider the nitty-gritty of what works best\, and meet like-minded professionals. We’ll be hearing from companies who’ve trialled 4 day working weeks\, those who’ve embraced full-time remote working\, and those who’ve managed teams which include part time workers. We’ll be learning about the experiences of people at all levels of seniority – from more junior workers to those holding senior leadership positions – and how they’ve made flex work for them and their organisations. \nCrucially\, though\, we’re not going to be shying away from the big questions. Which kinds of flex bring about the greatest happiness of the greatest number? Which kinds are “easy wins” to aid staff retention and recruitment? What’s caused teething problems? And how can employers make sure that flexible working works for them? \nAs well as listening to our brilliant speakers\, we very much want to hear your views and to give you an opportunity to share your experiences of flex. Please do come and join us! \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nTags\n\n\nUnited Kingdom Events\nOxfordshire Events\nThings to do in Oxford\nOxford Networking\nOxford Business Networking\n#worklifebalance\n#flexibleworking\n#remoteworking\n#flexible_working\n#hybridworking\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAbout the organiser\n\n\n\n\nOrganised by\nThe 9-2-3 Club\n\nContact\nFollow\n\n\n\n\n9-2-3 Jobs specialises in finding flexible work for experienced professionals. \n\n\n\nFacebook profileTwitter profile\n\n\n\n\nReport this event

For example\, the decision on the location of the venue is in close proximity to public transport stations\, the use of digital ticketing in all aspects of event management\, the limited use of paper where possible\, the provenance of the food served and the design of the awards\, which will be made of recycled or sustainable materials. As the event approaches\, we will incorporate initiatives into the event. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n ADD TO CALENDAR\n\n\n\n\n\nDETAILS\n\nDate:\nSeptember 12\nEvent Tags:\nOXf\nWebsite:\nhttps://ukpropertyforums.com/oxpropfest/#walks\n\n\n\nVENUE\n\n\nKeble College\n\n\n25 Banbury Road\nOxford\, Oxfordshire OX1 3PG United Kingdom + Google Map\n\nPhone\n01865 272727\n\nView Venue Website
