Office Space
Ranging from offices available for 1–15 people, fully serviced office space can be arranged on a flexible agreement.
Designed for science and technology innovators, you can change your space as you develop and turn your office into a workshop if required. With access to conference, meeting and kitchen facilities, offices are also supported by reception, security and administration services, including mail handling.

Four types: private office space, workshop units, specialist dry lab space, and virtual office packages. All are flexible and can be combined, at Culham Science Centre near Oxford.
Offices suit teams of 1 to 15 people; workshop units range from 150 to 687 sq ft; and dry labs from 150 to 1,000 sq ft. Spaces can be combined or expanded as you grow.
Offices start from £600 per month, workshops from £700 per month, virtual offices from £120 per month, and a registered business address is £10 per month. Lab pricing is available on application.
It's space rented on a simple licence with utilities, reception and support included in one monthly fee. IT and connectivity are available at an additional cost. This way, you avoid the cost and commitment of a conventional commercial lease.
