Our specialist dry laboratories are designed to safely facilitate entrepreneurs working in advanced science, technology, AI and fusion fields. With 150 sq ft – 1000 sq ft of flexible lab space available which you can also combine with office space and workshops for flexible working, with the potential to upgrade to a wet lab space. We work hard to integrate our entrepreneurs into the Culham community, and being based at one of Europe's most successful science hubs means you are surrounded by fellow innovators who you can share your ideas with.
