Our laboratories are designed to facilitate entrepreneurs working in advanced science and technology fields. With 150 sq ft-687 sq ft of flexible lab space available, our aim is to provide a base to grow your business and develop the space to fit your requirements. We work hard to integrate our entrepreneurs into the Culham community, and being based at one of Europe's most successful science hubs means you are surrounded by fellow innovators who you can share your ideas with.

Lab space designed for innovators
Our labs include 3-phase power, water and waste management solutions. Ready-to-use and recently refurbished, they all come with local exhaust ventilation (LEV) and fume cupboards.
Fitted to your requirements, labs can be combined with offices and workshops to suit your needs. Just let us know what works best for you.
