Flex: A Whole New World

We’re delighted to invite you to join us at the Tap Social Taproom from 9am – 12pm on 13 September 2023, for the chance to discuss the most popular flexible working options for organisations.

Post-pandemic, flex is a big subject on everyone’s lips – but what if you’re unsure where to start? What if some kinds of flex have proved better than others for your team?

We’d love you to join us for the chance to really consider the nitty-gritty of what works best, and meet like-minded professionals. We’ll be hearing from companies who’ve trialled 4 day working weeks, those who’ve embraced full-time remote working, and those who’ve managed teams which include part time workers. We’ll be learning about the experiences of people at all levels of seniority – from more junior workers to those holding senior leadership positions – and how they’ve made flex work for them and their organisations.

Crucially, though, we’re not going to be shying away from the big questions. Which kinds of flex bring about the greatest happiness of the greatest number? Which kinds are “easy wins” to aid staff retention and recruitment? What’s caused teething problems? And how can employers make sure that flexible working works for them?
